    My visit to the store was nothing short of phenomenal, my Team Member was superb. My package is running 3 days longer than anticipated/expected, I was told as well as my paperwork indicates a Sunday delivery, today is Tuesday with expected arrival being Wednesday. I was concerned because I thought that it might have gotten lost in the mail and without my extra insurance the $100 wouldn’t have been enough to cover my package - the clerk was super fast and had completed my transaction before I even asked about additional coverage. She assured me that there shouldn’t be any issues/concerns. I would have rather paid for peace of mind because my package isn’t where it is supposed to be yet!

    I spent $103.37 to OVERNIGHT an envelope to be delivered by 10:00AM the following morning. Not only did you fail to meet that expectation, you failed to deliver it before the end of the day AND..... as I submit this review, it is Monday, 01/22/24 at 11:45 and the envelope is last tracked to the North Syracuse, NY location. Not only is this unacceptable, your company SHOULD reimburse me for the majority of the shipping cost.

    I had the most amazing experience with Latoya & Jen, I very rarely leave feedback but the service I received today was simply outstanding. I came in needing help with a project and Jen and Latoya really went the extra mile to assist me as I had no idea what I was doing or even really needed. I myself work in customer service and I know how thankless of a job it is and I just want to let them know their kindness today was very much appreciated!

    I dropped off packages near closing time with Char. She has a line and I didn’t need a receipt. It was an airbill with an account number. Char called this morning to let me know our account number was not working. She completed the shipments over the phone with me and sent me a receipt through email! This is what I call outstanding service! Thank you so much Char!

    Char was so helpful, so kind and fun to talk to you, and legitimately made the trip worth it. I came in with literal dead flowers to ship and I thought for sure there was no way to really do that and expect they would get anywhere in more or less one piece, but this employee apparently knows things about bubble wrap I have never even considered and those things aren't going anywhere in that box except to their location. Such a delight to work with, such a fun conversation, which I never would have expected from literally a mail shipping place, and really quick service. They jumped right in to help me, it didn't feel like I was in the way or making their life inconvenient, they were just immediately on top of it and ready to go, while also making sure the other customer that came in when I did got taken care of. If I was currently hiring at my job I would swipe them up in an instant. Such a delight to work with. As a millennial who famously cannot stand having to talk to a human face to face for a service I'm paying for, I specifically bookmarking this location should I need anything in the future and would be happy to talk face to face with them. if all of my professional face to face interactions went as well as this one did I can tell you I'd be drinking less and coming home happier. Twelve out of ten, no notes.
