He got help from an older man and I was able to proof read my printed copy so it could be printed. I waited 2 days and was never notified my booklet was printed so I just went to check on it. The man who checked me out said it would be almost $400. I told him I only paid $240 last year and he disfigured the price and it came down to $260 which I felt was acceptable. I have been taking this type of job to you for 20 years and I was not pleased with the cost issue. You should give the customer an honest cost the first time not because your cost has been questioned.
