The man behind me had already grabbed the cart for himself, so it wasn’t available to me. But Cameron didn’t even give me the opportunity to fail. He took the initiative to go above and beyond and told me, “It is kind of heavy. I’ll carry it out for you.” He definitely didn’t have to do this, but please let him know that I appreciated it so much. I recently recovered from a shoulder injury and I don’t know how I would have managed. Thank you Cameron!

He consistently goes above and beyond to make my experience excellent! Printing through FedEx was something that I was originally hesitant to do but after the first time, Austin helped me to understand all of the various options & exactly how they could suit my individual printing needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable and his customer service skills are top-tier! Although there are a number of other places that offer printing services, none of them have an Austin R & for that reason I will continue to bring my business to this location loyally.

Sally helped me today and she has always gone above and beyond to help me. She will call me if I get a package and don’t pick it up within a day or two. Kat runs a wonderful fedex location and this fedex office is the model location for outstanding customer service.
