    Deanna did a fantastic job. She remained cool and calm as well as professional throughout the whole shipping process. She had to get the payment via credit card from the buyer over my phone. The problems I encountered were two-fold. One, having a new system which does not allow manual credit card entry is ridiculous. That's not an improvement versus the old system. Two, the shipping cost went from $194.70 on 4/4/24 at this location in person to $190.35, $203.95, and finally $203.52 on 4/5/24 in person at this location all within a matter of minutes. You are not the stock market. I've never, ever seen such a mess in my life from a shipping company.

    For the record, I was a little weary about going to this location because of a Google review about customer service. Upon, entering the location Kelsey greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me with printing my label that had been emailed to me. Kelsey, was patient, respectful & kind throughout the whole printing & shopping process. I even observed Kelsey’s interaction with the customer that was in front of me & she provided customer service that in my humble opinion would rate a 10 out of 10.

    The business cards I had printed were not great quality, only about 30% of them were printed correctly. The others were blurry/double printed. Also, my invitations did not come with white envelopes as the website stated they would.
