I paid 65.00 to get it the next day and it sat in Texas for a full day. This is an outrageous amount and I am very upset that I did not receive the package until the day after I paid for. Can you somehow compensate me for this?

I had already prepared and attached a label that had the apartment number clearly listed. Today received a call that the number was not on the pkg. Was told by first customer service member I would have to return to location and give them that apartment number -or- go online and create an account and change it there. I created an account and tried to add the apartment number, but could not understand how to do that. I called customer service again and that particular person was able to understand my frustration and difficulty. She was able to get the necessary information to the team member where the package was in Austin.
