He was wonderful. He knew what type of paper I needed and how to make a change so the duplex printed the right way. All of my headings were blue but one and he was able to fix the one black heading and make it blue like the rest. The order was completed the same day! He had promised the next day before noon. The man who rang me up was prompt and gave me a discount. He was so kind. I loved my experience. It was nice to have knowledgeable veteran workers take my order and ring me up. I was very pleased.

The website would not accept a file larger than 150MB, so I had to call and talk to a person at the store, get their email address, then email a link to them. This was much less convenient and took more time than just being able to place the order on the website, upload the file and be done with it a minute or two. Please reconsider accepting larger files! For a poster size graphic, it is quite normal for 150 MB to be easily exceeded. I have run into this numerous times in the past on the FedEx office website and it is very frustrating.

The person with whom I spoke was rude and obnoxious and made fun of me and I have been coming to the store for the last 33 years. I believe in reciprocity and I believe in, supporting our local businesses, but I will never darken the door of this store again ever. I told the manager about her behavior and I described the entire situation to him. I also told him that I had left a message for the regional Director. No one at that location cares. they think they have a monopoly and that is totally incorrect. I have two friends that own UPS stores and I’ll be happy to take my business back to them.
