The website would not accept a file larger than 150MB, so I had to call and talk to a person at the store, get their email address, then email a link to them. This was much less convenient and took more time than just being able to place the order on the website, upload the file and be done with it a minute or two. Please reconsider accepting larger files! For a poster size graphic, it is quite normal for 150 MB to be easily exceeded. I have run into this numerous times in the past on the FedEx office website and it is very frustrating.

The person with whom I spoke was rude and obnoxious and made fun of me and I have been coming to the store for the last 33 years. I believe in reciprocity and I believe in, supporting our local businesses, but I will never darken the door of this store again ever. I told the manager about her behavior and I described the entire situation to him. I also told him that I had left a message for the regional Director. No one at that location cares. they think they have a monopoly and that is totally incorrect. I have two friends that own UPS stores and I’ll be happy to take my business back to them.

I was in Albuquerque, NM and sent the order to San Antonio, TX. I was working to balance travel delays, sick employees, and an overall very stressful situation. The team in San Antonio, with Josie at the helm, made sure that this situation did not worsen my circumstances. They contacted a store in NM and worked with them to have the order printed and ready for me before my event. Best still, they turned out incredibly. I can't thank you all enough for the support!
