- Monday, November 3, 20252 out of 5Rating 2.0I went in to ship a small package and the person I shipped to did not give me the full address so i had to physically go into the store because, trying to contact the actual store from the number on google for that location, only gave me an option to speak to a Customer service rep that was Indian who I couldn't understand and clearly did not understand ANYTHING I was telling or asking her and getting a response from her I had to ask multiple times and raise my voice at her. And how would a CS rep who, clearly theres a language barrier, be able to assist me with doing an address change to a package I just sent to ship IN STORE. It would have been more convenient to be able to call the store directly with my issue and have it fixed way faster than having to waste my time talking to a CSR who couldn't even comprehend what I was asking of her and offered Zero assistance. I finally get back to the store and tell them i need to fix the shipping address of the package I had paid $10.95 for. The employee then informed me that she would have to cancel the payment and refund it and redo the shipping label with the correct address and I would have to pay another $10.95 to have it corrected. The person i was shipping too sent me the money to have it shipped so i had to have that person send me another $11 and tell them i now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund for the first charge and now I have to tell that person they have to send me more money and wait to get their first $10.95 back. And that was almost a week ago and the charge is still showing as a complete charge on my card no sign that the payment was reversed or is being refunded at all. So I dont know what kind of service that is if Ibcant just have my shipping address fixed, if there happens to be a mistake made, without having to refund my original payment and make me pay all over again. Just to add two numbers to the shipping address caused such an inconvenience and I had to spend another hour doing all these things just to correct a shipping address and I still do not have the refund that I was told was supposed to be automatically reversed once they canceled the first shipping address to do the new one. I want my *** refund because this is just the most ridiculous process I have ever had to go through and the fact that I am going to have to get in touch with Customer service about my refund and go through more BS just to get back $10.95 that doesnt even belong to me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Fed Ex with how this whole situation has been handled and I wouldn't use your service again or recommend it to anyone I know because of this situation.
