I did not have access to my computer, but Taylor called me up and informed me that she actually worked with the file and manipulated it so it was able to print and be completed. Additionally, she dropped it off for me right at check in which made the process simple and took something off my plate coming into a stressful conference week. Taylor rocks, and made me smile as she made my life so much easier.
