    When we came the associate gave us a general comment on pricing for b/w and color. We had a project of 45 copies with 5 pages front/back and 10 single color. We had a price in mind and said to proceed. When we returned it was close to $900! To say we were shocked was an understatement. We did not authorize 24# paper we were even charged for stapling! There was no mention of those expenses and others. The manager Artie did compensate some but it was still ridiculously high. He said it was due to the location. When I called it was never mentioned that the locations had different pricing. We felt completely taken advantage of.

    During my coordination for our Annual American Federation of Government Employees Health and Safety Conference, I shipped my pallet to arrive in time to prepare class materials days before registration. On arrival I tracked my pallet only to receive delivery updates stating that the delivery had been "delayed" twice, without further elaboration. Customer Service Agent Eva Dunn informed the delivery company that her office was open on Saturday at the property, and she requested mandatory delivery for that day. She made the effort to rectify my organizations situation by organizing for delivery to occur the next day, rather I was told the most they could do was attempt re-delivery on Monday (which they would have done anyway) without providing me with a timeframe. Because of the efforts of the Customer Service Agent Eva Dunn delivery would have been significantly late and all the onus for fixing the situation would have rested with me and my Conference would have been a failure. Awesome job FedEx Customer Service Agent Eva Dunn.
