I asked to use the phone to call my wife so she can email it to fedex for me and Jennifer was amazing. She was very understanding and accommodating to my situation and even understood that due to no “fault” of my own, so to speak, she only charged me the document charge and not the full service charge. It was early and my morning was hectic but she did what was in her power to ensure a positive experience and assistance.

She is a tremendous asset to the FedEx team and truly cares about the customer's needs.
