    Thomas was absolutely incredible. I went in very frazzled, I’d just been notified that my sister’s cancer had spread. He put me at ease, not because I told him but because he sensed I was stressed. I told him Ii could pick up copies the next day because I didn’t have the letter that was going in the packet. The next day I had to fly out of town to be with my sister. I explained why I couldn’t pick up. He said “ You just take care of yiur sister, when you get back your copies will be here.” He is a breath of fresh air, a real jewel!

    The fedex associate at the store was super helpful. He explained the details of the shipping, cost etc very clearly. And he was customer friendly. It was a superior experience than UPS where they don’t even have that cost effective shipping option. I highly recommend the associate in the Southlake, TX as he is a model for others in customer obsession.

    Friendly, courteous, respectful and prompt to assist with anything needed. I came to FedEx after a poor experience with USPS attendant, who was very rude and unhelpful to get my letter delivered in a prompt manner. Even though I was ok with the price he made it seem as if my letter would be uncertain to be delivered and discouraging words. FedEx was the first to come to mind, you’ve always been helpful and courteous with no issues at all in my experiences. Thank you.

    James consistently gets everything I need taken care of with precision & professionalism. I routinely come in for printing and he listens to my specific requests & makes sure everything is absolutely perfect and correct. Often he problem solves with files I email for printing & he goes above and beyond using his computer skills to figure out how to make my products just right. I am a teacher and I really appreciate James’ continued perfection and professionalism. He is really wonderful and he should be rewarded! Thank you for taking stress off my shoulders by helping me get my printing “just right” for my business and programs!

    My son is having major health issues with his feet. He is in a small town in the Amazon in Brazil. FedEx said delivery could not happen until Wednesday of this week. I was charged $300 to ship a package of less than 3 lbs. I went to a FedEx Office to ship it so it would be shipped correctly. The package is now stuck in customs in Brazil - and needs the custom duties to be paid. I just happened to look today at its status - otherwise the package could have been stuck in customs indefinitely. This is a health issue and I relied on FedEx to get the package to my son. It is beyond frustrating that you would not collect the customs up front or contact me when the package was stuck at customs. Now I can't get any feedback from calling into your phone number on the timing of delivering the package. This package needs delivered immediately. I paid an exorbitant price. I would have paid more to get it there sooner. I would have happily created an account for any customs dues. Instead, I had to see it had been stopped at customs on my own and had to call in to allow for payment.

    The employee has been at the Southlake TX office for a long time. I am embarrassed I have forgotten his name. He is always helpful and NEVER makes you feel like you are an imposition to his day. I love using this facility. Just wish you had customer coffee!
