However I will add, employees like James, don't come around too often. I’m hoping he is recognized highly on this survey I’m completing tonight. I lost my survey card last year, so I actually called your corporate office, to leave a review on James and the great service I received. (2022). On a side note, I enjoy talking with Teresa when I’m there. Teresa is so nice and recognizes when customers have their “go to staff member “ who recognizes them and has built an ongoing business relationship. That’s important in business.
