FedEx said delivery could not happen until Wednesday of this week. I was charged $300 to ship a package of less than 3 lbs. I went to a FedEx Office to ship it so it would be shipped correctly. The package is now stuck in customs in Brazil - and needs the custom duties to be paid. I just happened to look today at its status - otherwise the package could have been stuck in customs indefinitely. This is a health issue and I relied on FedEx to get the package to my son. It is beyond frustrating that you would not collect the customs up front or contact me when the package was stuck at customs. Now I can't get any feedback from calling into your phone number on the timing of delivering the package. This package needs delivered immediately. I paid an exorbitant price. I would have paid more to get it there sooner. I would have happily created an account for any customs dues. Instead, I had to see it had been stopped at customs on my own and had to call in to allow for payment.

He is always helpful and NEVER makes you feel like you are an imposition to his day. I love using this facility. Just wish you had customer coffee!
