    William was able to help me with a ridiculous technical issue on the FedEx site (which remains unresolved I might add). He graciously and professionally provided a workaround to my issue.

    Terrible! Brian is inefficient at keeping the customer flow moving. He was unable to assess the situation and act on reducing the number of customers in line by letting customers know they can leave packages with pre-printed labels at the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally got helped at the counter. I was not even greeted, nor was I acknowledged for being patient while he helped 3 customers (pack & ship, self print & self serve delivery). Once he scanned and accepted my package he handed me my receipt without even thanking me for choosing or using FedEx services. I drop off packages almost daily and because of proximity and convenience, I use this location. Both employees know me as a regular customer. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in how I was treated today.

    Machine isn’t working right so staff canceled my print job but I had to pay for cancel order. Because he doesn’t know how to refund self service charge. Machine keep showing error and I had to wait assistance but he was way to busy with shipping.

    I came in to the FedEx store around 4:55ish and William still helped me and made sure the everything in my package was secured even though the store closed at 5:00 pm. He helped me with a smile and a friendly conversation. He also made triple sure to make sure every item was safe to ship and just extremely helpful overall.

    I dropped my 75-lbs shipping crate off and received a scanned receipt on Friday, but somehow the crate was back on my doorstep by Sunday with the label missing. We asked the FedEx store manager on Monday how this could have happened. The computer showed the driver picked up the crate at the store. The FedEx staff at the central shipping facility said the crate was simply "MIA". The store manager could not fathom how something like that would happen as he had never seen anything like this before. In any event, since the timing of the delivery was critical, he offered to ship the crate by air in order to get the crate to the destination on time. I appreciate how he went the extra mile to rectify a problem that happened somewhere in the bowels of the FedEx process.
