    This store was amazing and so helpful! This was my first time creating this type of postcard project through Canva and I was unable to print from Canva due to adding all the addresses. This store was so helpful when it came to best practices of ease for me and best way for them to print these postcards. They had excellent communication and were very patient with me.     Took one day to receive a job that would normally take 15 minutes to complete due to ice storm. Plus I was charged a “set-up fee” to cut a binding off a 235 page book. Punch holes and insert spiral. $10.59 was too much for this small job. (If’s done them myself when I had access to the equipment, so I know how long it takes.)

    I purchased overnight services for a critical envelope. Envelope sat in Tyler hub for over 24 hrs. I called to ask why and to include the recipient’s phone number. Supposedly missed cut off time. Why would Fedx store sell me a service that could not be honored (accomplished)? Yet would accept my funds for the service. That is inappropriate. Delivery person did a great job!! Especially due to in climate weather. A ticket was intiated and an agent assigned. Tracking updates were published finally. Package was delivered 25 hrs latered than contracted.
