    Tina serviced me in less than 10 minutes. In comparison to Office Depot that wanted me to wait 1 business day to hole punch and spiral my documents, FedEx is superb! Tina was efficient and took my documents to bind them right away. Awesome service!

    Honestly, with the widespread lack of competent help and non-existent customer service that plagues are society these days, I expected to be greeted by a millennial with a bad attitude who would ultimately tell me they don't know how to help me, which is what happened to me a few months ago at a FedEx office in St. George, Utah. However, while I was in line, I saw Calie help another customer, so I waited for her because I knew that she would be squared away and helpful. She was very friendly, very helpful, and knew what she was doing. She gave me a great price on a huge printing job, and overall, I could not have been happier. Kudos, Calie, and thank you for caring enough to provide excellent customer service and know and do your job well!

    I came to do Some printing and Calli helped me choose some paper along with showing me how to put it in and Use it. She was so very kind, and I asked her if I could Speak to her manager, she said he had gone home for the night. So I left a handwritten note and she let me know that submitting this survey could help her as well. She was so helpful happy and bright. I don’t see customer service like hers anymore hardly ever thank you FedEx for employing her. I will use this FedEx office only thanks to her.

    Courtney is great! She has printed off multiple decks for us. The last time she printed them for us, we were tight on time and rushing to meetings in Park City. She got them done for us and was so nice.

    I have a printer at home, but it doesn't scan two sided documents. I have tried several times to use the self serve printer/scanners at this facility with mixed results. The staff are very friendly, but have varying levels of knowledge (some next to nothing, while others are very knowledgeable). In past trips, the $80 limit created a problem for me when scanning large batches. I was delighted to find out that had been resolved on this last trip. However, the staff and I learned together that the self serve scanners/printers cannot handle more than 100 pages. The frustrating piece of this is no one knew...I tried over and over and kept getting error codes. More employees were brought into the situation until someone finally said, "oh, those machines can't handle my almost 200 pages of scanning". This was after fighting with the machine for over 30 min (and this wasn't my first attempt at this). They offered to scan my stack behind the counter at an increased cost and of course, couldn't handle the job immediately unless I wanted to pay a $35 rush fee. So, ultimately, I ended up paying almost $200 to scan a stack of paper and put on a thumb drive. With the right machine, this process should have only taken 10 min but cost me over an hour of my time along with tying up several staff members all trying to figure out what to do. So inefficient and frustrating. I will have to look for another service provider who can handle this simple task.

    I frequent this store several times a week for work. Today, I needed help shipping an item and submitted two separate print orders. On my first print order, I submitted the wrong document - Courtney was able to expedite an additional order to make sure I had materials for work in time. Both Jessica and Matt assisted with printing and notified me. I have also interacted with Corbe, Callie and Abraham on multiple occasions - everyone at this store is well-trained, efficient, and friendly. I literally could not do my job without them - they are FANTASTIC!

    I have been coming to this Fed Ex for years. Matt, Jessica, Courtney, Callie, Corbe and now Abraham have always gone the extra mile. They're knowledgable and fast. I've been impressed many times. I use FedEx for business, home, and church. I miss Sheri. She's awesome.
