This time the manager came over and said I would have to wait 30 minutes while the worked on 3 other orders. I needed 3 pages printed. Then the guy that was originally helping me went and cleaned the restroom, and another girl started vacuuming the floor. Finally one of the other workers sent my pages to the printer. I'm not sure why couldn't have hit send 30 earlier like they use to. I'm not sure if it's do to new policies or management. Very frustrating sitting there and Finally realizing a clean bathroom and floor are top priority and not customer service.

From the moment I walked in, Seth jumped right in to help me in any way possible. I was going to do the self-service kiosk until I realized I actually had way more things to print than I thought, so Seth took over and the whole experience was effortless. He didn’t make me feel stupid, he was super kind, he had a great personality, we had great laughs while we waited for everything to print, and he was very patient and down to earth. Great customer service is so lacking nowadays, but not for Seth. I feel great about my experience and I was so grateful that he was there. If this man is not the manager already, he needs to be! Thank you, Seth!
