It was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. Cynthia did everything in her power to put me in touch with local dispatch that helped me track my package as I urgently needed it. When the package was dropped at the store she called me immediately to let me know that she had it. Her kindness and generosity has made me believe in customer service again. She is truly a treasure.
