- Monday, April 14, 20254 out of 5Rating 4.0There were two reps. as I stood in line: one was talking to a customer and one stood alongside a copier but never acknowledged me. I made a quiet cough and exclaimed, "Excuse me, can someone help me please." The one clerk immediately concluded her conversation with a customer who needed to talk about her life (for 24 minutes) and assisted me with my transaction/shipping need. I provided her with a amicable response to customers so that they feel ok when she needs to get back to work with customers waiting in line. I reflected and told her that the other clerk could have provided me assistance or just acknowledge that I was there and not invisible. I appreciate her help and hope this clerk can tell you the name of the other who completely ignored me. That was RUDE.

When I got there I was told by the assistant manager that there would be an extra charge because the job was completed earlier than expected. I didn’t want it early, the store had produced it earlier than I required. The lady that called said nothing about an extra charge. I said that I wasn’t willing to pay for the extra charge. I told the assistant manager that I would come back the next day before I was charged for a service I had never requested. I told him that before I paid the extra fee I would come back the next day. The assistant manager never offered to waive the extra fee thereby making me come back the next day. Since it was the store’s decision to make the print job early I felt that he should have waived the fee instead of inconveniencing the customer. They made the mistake and I would up paying for it.
