Initially one of the workers told me I could probably set it up online, but Dee overheard and said, "Since you're already here and have your document on a jump drive, let's take a look!" She very quickly set up my print project, which included both color and black and white printing, as well as some single-sided and some double-sided printing from one pdf document. I also requested spiral binding. She noticed that this was for a church, so she let me know about a discount that allowed me to make sure I could have enough copies printed while staying within my budget. I was so impressed with her service that I asked how I could leave a review, and she gave me this site. Thank you, Dee! P.S. I just found out that my project will be ready same day when the original estimate was 3 days from now! I continue to be impressed!
