It was a couple of banners, one for a fallen officer that heroically died in the line of duty yesterday. I received an email at 6:30 telling me it was done, but I didn't open my email itil 6:57. They close at 7:00. Tuli was willing to stay there a little late to make sure we got out banner today!!! I ALWAYS get the best service at this location! She went above and beyond! We love working with Tuli, Heidi and Raven!

I thought I had all my labels but I obviously didn’t. Tuli & Sadie were super nice and helped me out. They were both so patient and understanding. I felt so bad because it was already time to close.
