I have been going to this location for years for one singular reason. This staff is outstanding and makes me feel like family. My packages shipped by them arrive on time. Elizabeth and Cleveland pack my boxes beautifully and with care. Also noteworthy, are their personalities. Cleveland and Elizabeth are sincerely nice people who express enthusiasm when I walk in and make me feel welcomed. Everything about these staff members should be a model for all other Fedex locations. They have established a location that feels like a community. I am sincerely grateful to Elizabeth Lopez and Cleveland Palmer for making each and every trip a success and pleasurable! I also want to thank Shree the store manager for his welcoming leadership and displaying to me that he cares about his staff and customers. I hope Fedex management truly considers giving a raise to Cleveland and Elizabeth to secure them at these jobs and not lose them to a competitor.
