I had a FedEx package delivery notification, but was concerned I wouldn’t be able to pick it up by close of business on Tuesday. I knew that the package needed to be picked up within five days, but I would be out of town starting Wednesday into the following Monday. I called the store to see if Jackie would be willing to wait a bit later to close so that I could receive the package. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had received my delivery, even though the store was already closed. Small acts of kindness, such as this one means so very much. I am grateful for her excellent customer service and dedication to her job.

- Friday, November 4, 20221 out of 5Rating 1.0I came to ship 3 packages for Walmart return in FedEx location within the store and my return shipment was refused. they said they cannot scan the qr code for the return label due to the system being down. I was told by the associate that no FedEx in the entire country can scan qr code and it could be 24 hours or more for the problem to be fixed. Then the associate just up and left out the building completely while I was still standing there. They offered no help or alternative after I drove all the way up here to do this return and used my precious time and gas money to get here. I cannot believe no FedEx in the whole country can process a shipment without a qr code. That just seems ridiculous and unprofessional.
