Been doing printing with FedEx for years and the first time I was told "no issue just get it over to us before 9 AM" only for the manager to put a rush fee on the order (when that was never communicated previously)

I drove an hour to see her at the greenbriar location and it was worth the trip!!! This was the perfect experience and transaction, all thanks to Mary Beth. I have worked closely with her since she joined this location and she has exceeded my expectations each and every time. I have never met anyone that works as hard and professionally as Mary Beth. When I called the phone number in the email (multiple times) to try to cancel the order, the agent would transfer me to the store, and the store would refer me back to the customer service. In the end, multiple agents were not able to cancel my order so I received the printed poster of the wrong file. One of the agents wasn't even able to locate my order and was skeptical that I was calling the right phone number. The order confirmation email specifically stated that the phone number was to cancel online orders. If this isn't the case, Fedex should provide a way to cancel orders online.
