She went the extra mile to help me seek solutions on how I could get something important to my son who is away at his first year of college. I had some challenges on my part which made her have to input the address and information 3 times. It was ll my fault bc the information I was giving her was not correct. Not once did she complain! She was so very patient, nice, and professional. Calm cool and collected ! How lucky y’all are to have an employee like Sylvia. She even helped me find which day and time would be better to get this timely package to him. I could not of done it without her and to be honest I think anyone else would have just given up. These days it is hard to find good customer service well lucky for this FedEx location doesn’t have to worry about as long as Sylvia is there. She put me the customer needs first which is rare these days. I will specifically come back to this location again and again and again and I love a good distance but it will be worth the trip to work again with Sylvia!!
