- Wednesday, July 24, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I had a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the White House. I have been a customer at the Falls church branch for nearly 20 years. Caleb, my attendant was exceptional. He gave me personalize service however, once I got to the White House and looked at the print. There were errors which were clearly as a result of the printer not translating our words correctly. When I came back in and showed the manager, he accuse me of Threatening him when I said that number one the print job was in accurate, and when he asked me in order to get a refund for all of the ones that we had, I said this one job was evidence as I am an attorney of the error. I was humiliated once at the White House by not having the product up to my standards. But it was completely Uncalled for for the manager to get defensive and not offer any type of empathy on what at once in a lifetime opportunity that was.

Neither employee was pleaseant or interested in helping me. One they set the printer, both walked away to assit other customers and ignored me. One employee also made an error and cahrged me for two copies, when only one was made. Evetually a third employee asked if I needed assistance. He was not familiar with the printer at all. This was a very disappointing experience at this Falls Church VA location.
