I called the shop to explain the job -- at Nicole's instruction, I sent the job as double-sided folios and as single-sided spreads. She understood EXACTLY what I was trying to accomplish, made some adjustments to the PDFs I sent, and the job was waiting for me -- and WAS PERFECT -- when I walked through the door 90 minutes later. This year was a total of 31 boxes. I prepare myself for the amount of time and for holding up progress at the location - but Nicole and Kari who helped me during my visits were AMAZING. They moved quickly and efficiently, taking less than a minute per box. They are all smiles, patient with me while I ask about my options and costs - all while greeting everyone who walk in and even though I am monopolizing their time, making sure other customers are taken care of quickly. This is my local FedEx office so I do visit throughout the year and the experience is exactly the same. THANKS KARI and THANKS NICOLE for making my shipping experience quick and seamless, and for your friendliness with my large and complicated order. Your attitude is APPRECIATED and will keep me coming back as a customer.
