    The male manager and female asst manager both helped me tremendously. Primarily the asst manager she did all the heavy lifting while the manager did all the charging for the service! Both of them were extremely professional and courteous! Thank you very much!

    Being charged to retrieve my file from the computer made this an unpleasant experience initially. I’ve used your computers to retrieve my print file in the past at no charge. This felt like price gauging. The print was pricey as it was but I was satisfied with the print job by the store. I felt being charged to use the computer wasn’t good customer service. Other than that, my experience was fine.

    She was amazing. I've gotten used to customer service associates not being engaged.And much to my surprise, she greeted me, asked great questions, and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I didn't feel like I was being an imposition. She had a great personality and wasn't distracted by her phone or others in the service area. She was focused and I really appreciated her hyperfocus on making sure I had a positive Kinkos experience. Thank you for hiring her. She is fabulous!!

    Seems like no QC on final product. Obviously there were issues but instead of contacting customer just plowed ahead. Became clear upon pickup staff was not all that interested in satisfying customer. Should have immediately looked at solving dissatisfaction. Just will find another vendor for printing.

    The gentleman got jpeg from my jump drive and said it would be done by 10 the next day. Received call at 8:08am the next day that the banner was ready to be picked up. The inside banner paper he recommended were bright, colors are vibrant. It’s an excellent job

    Too few staff for prompt recognition and service. Initially ignored by busy staff. Need to at least verbally acknowledge until able to wait on. I almost walked out.
