I’ve used your computers to retrieve my print file in the past at no charge. This felt like price gauging. The print was pricey as it was but I was satisfied with the print job by the store. I felt being charged to use the computer wasn’t good customer service. Other than that, my experience was fine.

I've gotten used to customer service associates not being engaged.And much to my surprise, she greeted me, asked great questions, and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I didn't feel like I was being an imposition. She had a great personality and wasn't distracted by her phone or others in the service area. She was focused and I really appreciated her hyperfocus on making sure I had a positive Kinkos experience. Thank you for hiring her. She is fabulous!!

As someone who conducts leadership training I am always looking for examples of good leadership and the feeling that I get when observing work situations. I got the impression that there was excellent teamwork and a high degree of professionalism. That usually indicates excellent leadership.

I came in with a very confusing post it that we had to trouble shoot several times. Alana did not make me feel like a burden ( and trust me it was not a fun project).
