I had only shipped supplies for my job but I had to ship my fathers belongings back that he had left on his visit. Garry happily packed the items for me and gave excellent recomendations about shipping in general. I will definitely be a reoccuring customer because of his service. Gary, the gentleman that waited on me, was as professional as one can get. He was well educated/trained, about the services and products he was suggesting for me. I was taken aback how he was attentive to everyone in the store even though he had several waiting he worked thoroughly and precisely getting everyone taken care of. He not only made several great suggestions, he also informed me of the variety of printing services offered.I didn't have a clue that Fedex also did printing. I hope at the very least I will be able to obtain the contact information for the vice president of Fedex, so that I can share with them what a strong asset Gary is to the Fedex Corporation. He deserves to be recognized for his astrinomical talent in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field. My expectaions, when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, are quite difficult to meet, however Gary not only met my expectations but went above and beyond to ensure that I was a very pleased customer.
