    Order wasn’t ready we almost panicked but within minutes store manager made everything alright, I placed my order on Saturday morning to be picked up Monday morning for my mother’s service I could tell by the actions of the workers that there was going to be something wrong on Monday morning

    Eric was so helpful and beyond knowledgeable as I wasn’t sure how to describe what I needed and he knew immediately, the job had to go out to another facility and Eric went out of his way to drop it off and it was ready for pick up the very next day. Thank you Eric!!

    I don't remember the name of the team member who helped me, but he was so, so helpful! He made it very easy to get my shipment sent out, and he was very patient - I had four different shipments (two going to the same place) and he offered guidance when I requested it. Thank you so much!

    I was led to believe cold boxes were provided. I had to run to Walgreens to get an insulated lunch box, ice and ziploc as I lived 35 mins away. It was an emergency to ship insulin to my father, who left it. Went to one fed ex near me. Said shipping ended at 5. Sent me to two places that were 35-40 min away and it’s rush hour. Found no cold boxes or insulated boxes.

    The visit to the store was just fine, it’s the delivery of the package. Even though the package made it to the destination ahead of delivery, the delivery person fail to find out the business operation time to deliver the package needed in a hurry. I am just glad I didn’t pay for the 1 day service and would have been really disappointed in FEDEX!

    I repeatedly use FedEx to print booklets for me. And because I use this service periodically throughout the year, I send the request via email a day in advance with an expectancy for it to be ready when I arrive. I also ask for confirmation of receipt of my email and to let me know if there is an issue. Most of time, the order is not ready and rarely do I receive confirmations. Yet, I still use the service and expect it to be ready until now. Going forward I will find some other vendor to meet my needs. Also, what used to cost $2-3 now cost over $10 per booklet. This is absolutely unacceptable to me.
