    The visit to the store was just fine, it’s the delivery of the package. Even though the package made it to the destination ahead of delivery, the delivery person fail to find out the business operation time to deliver the package needed in a hurry. I am just glad I didn’t pay for the 1 day service and would have been really disappointed in FEDEX!

    I repeatedly use FedEx to print booklets for me. And because I use this service periodically throughout the year, I send the request via email a day in advance with an expectancy for it to be ready when I arrive. I also ask for confirmation of receipt of my email and to let me know if there is an issue. Most of time, the order is not ready and rarely do I receive confirmations. Yet, I still use the service and expect it to be ready until now. Going forward I will find some other vendor to meet my needs. Also, what used to cost $2-3 now cost over $10 per booklet. This is absolutely unacceptable to me.

    It was excellent! The sales associate went the extra mile to ensure that our prints were exactly as requested. We were preparing for a funeral and he demonstrated excellent follow through and excellent communication skills.

    I need 75 programs bonded with less than 48 hours to complete because I was flying out in 2 days. Due to the time constraints, Jonah delivered by completing the binding on all 75 programs earlier than expected. He lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and for that he rocks!

From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring I had a positive experience. Raymond's professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently. As I was being helped, customers were literally coming in and specifically asking for him, which speaks volumes about his reputation and the trust he has earned.     I left an order on Saturday to be picked up by one o'clock on Sunday, but it was not processed. So staff member processed it immediately. Now I can meet my deadline with this order. I am very grateful and it was professional done. Thank you.

    The people at the store were fine however they are limited as to providing the full customer service in case the unexpected occurs. They can pack it, ship it, whatever after that the only customer service available is the dreaded automated telephone or on line help...maybe AI can help FedEx with this...I need an individual who could speak a form of English that I could understand & could help me one on one... impossible with this current set-up...not recommended.

    I needed to copy, scan , and email documents quickly. A store assistant came over and helped me. I was quite pleased because of the help I received with their new printers. I was able get everything done quickly.
