I LOVE FedEx at Willow Place, Richmond, VA. I greet all the great staff by name; Justin, Christian, Jamison, Kelly, Patrick. They have worked there for years and are friendly and knowledgeable. I use this location to ship, print and scan. When the website is not working properly, they help me with my custom print work with ease. They are a true team and it's always a pleasure.

When I went to use the copier before mailing my package there was no one available to help me using the machine. There was only one FedEx employee in the entire store and he was taking packages to be sent. There should always be more than one person in the store. Folks had questions about buying merchandise and there was no one to help the also.

Sent my husband to mail a box. The address was printed on a piece of paper so they could read my writing. She told hom she could not do for him. 5 mins later I went there and asked her to do the same and she did what was needed. Obviously there was a lack of Interest on her part to try to find out what he needed. He got angry and left.

They only fulfilled half my order. When I got back to my business and realized only half was done, I called and they told me to just come back whenever to get the other half. I waited an hour and then came back to pick up the other half. Was told it wasn’t ready and then proceeded to wait 45 min in the store until they could find it. They charged me full price for the entire order, as though my time or the time of my employees is worth nothing. Here’s a fact: I paid two people $20 per hour to sit around and do nothing while they were waiting for me to return with the other half of the order. We were cutting the artwork and putting it into 104 picture frames. They did half and then notified me that they were done, which is when I realized that Christian only gave me half. I don’t think I’m going to use you guys again. That Christian guy was pretty snappy with me and his coworkers. At one point, when there was an amorphous group of roughly eight customers milling around up front. A woman closer to the counter and to the left of me asked if there was a line people should be standing in (because there was no visible evidence of where a line should be and none of the five employees did anything other than say “we’ll be right with you”) to which Christian shouted from across the room “there’s only one line” to which the woman replied “where is it?” To which Christian shouted “anywhere you want it to be.” That isn’t how lines work.

The employee was very rude and sarcastic. I was only one of a few customers so he was not busy. It was my first experience with FedX and maybe my last.

Fed ex is very busy this time of year. They were patient with our project. Follow up could have been more timely. The only other observation is that as good as Justin and Patrick are, they weren’t able to advise us on our design. But we are grateful they took care of us last minute! Thanks

Everything as expected, including parcel arriving as scheduled. Disappointed that insurance limit was capped at $1,000, unlike UPS. But arrived at destination as hoped, while underinsured.

The colors in the item I brought were not reproduced in the order as closely as I was expecting. I accepted it without comment, but no one asking me for feedback on the order or if I was completely please. I had had 40 copies printed and rather than complain or ask for reprinting, I adapted my expectations. But copies in previous years had been very closely represented in color.
