    Fed ex is very busy this time of year. They were patient with our project. Follow up could have been more timely. The only other observation is that as good as Justin and Patrick are, they weren’t able to advise us on our design. But we are grateful they took care of us last minute! Thanks

    The colors in the item I brought were not reproduced in the order as closely as I was expecting. I accepted it without comment, but no one asking me for feedback on the order or if I was completely please. I had had 40 copies printed and rather than complain or ask for reprinting, I adapted my expectations. But copies in previous years had been very closely represented in color.

    Brought dimensions and total weight to get estimate to ship - quoted $120 per box (4 boxes). Bring packed boxes to store and told $448 per box. When I ask what happened I’m told I declared the value of each at $500 when asked. Then told it would be $130 per box when I said I can not do $448 each. What happened and makes me not want to experience that again.

    I had a booklet that I needed to be printed. I hung around for about 15 min waiting for a test page to be printed. The printer was not working correctly so I just left and asked them to let me know when it was ready. I called the next day and they told me they were waiting for a confirmation of quote to proceed which was fine. They quoted $25 per 18 page booklet, which would have made my order of 25 booklets $600. I told them to just make me 2 of them and I’ll put in another order if I was happy. When I went to pick up the booklets, i noticed the crop and bleed marks were incorrect, giving me quarter inch white spaces around every page. He told me what the problem was, I told him I was not happy with the outcome and that I would not want to give it to one of my customers. He did not offer any solution. For the price that was quoted, I’d expect that the printing team would not want to give me a product I was unhappy with, especially if the team member noticed there was an issue with the print file provided. The manager did not seem concerned that I had an issue with the product. I paid for the two booklets and left. The printing team also lost the flash drive I left with them. They replaced it. I’m very glad I didn’t use my camera SD card to provide the files like I originally planned. I know that printing a booklet like this is tricky, and I’ve had really great experiences with this stores printing team in the past. This experience negative enough for me to want to express my concern.
