    The Dropbox feature is not properly integrated on to your devices and there’s no direction for the emailing attachment feature. Nothing to specific why an upload failed or anything to assist that might prevent the return transaction. In addition, your card pre authorization feature doesn’t give the option to edit the amount, so if you’re charge is even a cent over, you have to start and “pre authorize” a whole new transaction. This is costly and probably creating for transactions fees on your end because you aren’t taking the time to educate your clientele. In addition, your staff does not want to help assist and they can’t help assist with IT issues like that and tried to pawn me off on calling YOUR IT department instead of action as liaison and providing any assistance.

    I have used this store many times. The Sea Spray paper is being discontinued. Sorry to hear this. I use it for many of my projects. If discontinued, may not be able to use the print services in the future.

    I went in to print something, the printer jammed in middle of my print job. I tried to get help, but nobody wanted to help. Ended up being charged for the job twice, as shown on my receipt. It never printed the first time. Associate that eventually helped said I wouldn't be charged twice. I was. They said I could wait in line (it was long) for a refund. It seems pretty unfair that I was charged twice for one print job, and then that I have to wait even longer to get it fixed. This was supposed to be a 5 minute thing. So, I left, let the machine charge my card $5 twice. Very unhappy and will never return or recommend. Which is sad, considering my job used you all a lot and will be going elsewhere from now on.

    I only needed black & white, but I got PNG Color (more expensive). Was this the default? I do not recall a prompt asking me about this. So, my print job was more expensive, but I like the convenience. I'd just like a very clear prompt on this question.

    I had multiple tech issues…the person who assisted me was extremely helpful and provided excellent information to make sure I could get the job I needed in time for my family members funeral service! I am very grateful for his kindness and patience!!!!
