    I have used this Willow Place location for years. Always outstanding. Love the continuity of team members for years. I have built a friendly rapport with Christian, Kelly, Justin, Patrick. I miss Jamison but everyone there is professional and kind. We even share music likes and jokes, clean of course.

    The only reason I visited the store was because the website wouldn't accept any of my payment methods, leaving me with no other option. On top of that, I was never informed of an upcharge for in-store full service — had I known, I would have chosen self-service instead. I was quoted one price for the product, but when it came time to pay after it had already been produced, the total was different. No one mentioned this additional charge at any point during the process. To make matters worse, when I brought up the issue with the website not working, my concern was met with nothing more than a shrug and a 'hmm'.

    Like everything, costs have gone up. I was a little surprised by the cost of 1&2 day shipping, so I opted for 3rd day shipping of an 8-1/2 x 11 envelope carton. That price was reasonable. Thank you.

    My experience was good.I only have one suggestion.Clean the screen On the debit/credit card portal. It was so dirty like someone on his sneeze on it.And it caused me to bring cash , because I didn't want to touch it.
