- Tuesday, July 2, 20243 out of 5Rating 3.0Upon entering the store, no customers were at counter, 3 employees, 1 driver. All were busy getting previously obtained pkgs ready for driver. I stood at counter for several minutes, no one said hello, be with you in a minute, nothing. The assistant mgr was showing employee how to do something . We literally could have reached out and touched ea otger, no words spoken. Still standing there. All i needed was an envelope and airbill (none at self help area) finally a young wonan busy packaging shipment asjed if i had been helped, No, i responded. Only then did the guy (mgr) acknowledge me and ask what i needed. By the time he finished, the driver had left… without my letter..domestic 2 day afternoon del. BTW, i worked for FDX from 1989 to 1996 as a CSA, Courier, Sales Rep, back to Courier… it was very difficult in sales, couriers and CSA can make or break the good service… i did all three positions in 2 different states and 3 stations. The assistant mgr. and mgr need to instill in themselves and staff how to greet customers.

Veronica was very patient with me, helping me make decisions when I had questions about things, and was even there when we came for the pick up. She was as excited as we were, and how beautiful the sign and banner both turned out!
