When I did that, the rep told me that this shipping label only covered shipping and not packaging even though I showed her the email from Serco that said it covered the whole return including packaging. I argued using the email as proof, however, the rep said the manager would not do packaging for ground shipping. The rep was not helpful and told me the fee for packaging. I then left and did the packaging myself. Either Serco contracted for one thing and FEDEX was doing something else, or the manager at this office was wrong. In either case, it resulted in an unsatisfactory transaction. I have reported this to Serco for them to resolve, but it gave me a bad taste about FEDEX.

Not only did she properly reprint everything we needed, she communicated constantly and helped with the printer as technical issues arose. She managed our project as she worked with a never ending line for shipping (this was around 5pm days before Christmas). Give her a raise!!
