She went over and above the call of duty to call/visit other stores to see if you could secure a single large piece of foam core. When this was not possible, she even entertained suggestions for purchasing a separate piece of foam core from a third party. When it was revealed that the “heat” process and size would necessitate cutting the map, she suggested a digital version that would allow the original dimensions. I was able to return the physical map, purchase an identical digital EPS file that would allow printing on foam core-to help me map my territory in a new position. I sincerely appreciate the patience she took to explore options and ultimately bring the project to fruition as desired! FedEx should consider itself fortunate few to have an individual of Kym’s caliber in their employ.
