He assisted me back in September of 2022 with some canvas photos I had made for my retirement, and this order was for some canvas prints for my daughter's wedding. Chris is an extremely professional, helpful, friendly, technologically smart employee who truly embodies "customer service," and you should be proud of the way he represents FEDEX. He has a special gift to be able to take the customer's idea, and turn it into the perfect product that they had imagined, even though they had no idea how to get there. I specifically sought out Chris to assist with this project as a result of his professionalism and expert assistance! THANK YOU CHRIS!! Additionally, Shandi is very professional and able to handle challenges of all types with all types of customers. Great experience, again, at this FEDEX office (i.e. store number 2233).

- Monday, February 26, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0My experience with Shani far exceeded my expectations because when I arrived wanting to print an image on a retractible banner he assisted me in making sure the image was sharp and not pixelated. He advised me to use Cava because my image for the banner was showing up on the computer monitor blurry, so I corrected the image using Cava. When I returned to the store with my image saved in Cava it was not pixilated, so I ordered the retractible banner and Shani explained about the banner’s mechanics! The Icing on the cake is when I can in today to pickup the banner, Shani took his time and showed me how to assemble, stand up the banner, and store the banner so that I’ll have the confidence to do it on my own!!!
