    I tried to create a label via FedEx.com and our account but your website wouldn’t provide shipping alternatives and prices. After two days of frustration, 3+ hours on the phone with tech support, and a support ticket created, I went to the local FedEx office without a label. I explained my online problems and that I wanted to ship a book and insure for $6K. I was asked if I was shipping the Gutenberg Bible, as though my item couldn’t be worth what I wanted to insure it for. I thought this was unprofessional to question the value I was willing to pay for. The local office also could not get things to work. On top of the tech issues, I was told on the phone I could not insure for over $1K! Surely FedEx ships items of greater value. Then I was told I could insure for up to $5K but not in a FedEx box. Later I was told the max value is $50K, and then $10K. After about 25 minutes the local office was able to create my label. After shipping I had a call from tech support to tell me the problem was with my individual account and not the website. Tech support handed me off to customer support to fix it. Customer support says there is no problem with the account, no record of a ticket, nor my prior calls, and sent me back to tech support. They said they’d create a ticket and call when it was fixed. I’m still waiting 4-5 days later. I can’t tell you how frustrating this whole process has been. It appears my new DHL account will be activate shortly.

    The store manager, whose name I can't recall, wa s EXTREMELY helpful, both to me and other customers in the store. He also helped another employee with kindness. Great to see!

    I was returning a package and the wrong destination label was used. The package actually came back to me the next day. This made additional work for me to return to the FedEx office and delayed my package. I also received conflicting emails regarding the delivery of my package. One email said it was delayed to the next day while the other said it was delivered.

    Michael was attentive, informed and helpful. He also was pleasant and helped many people. He is the type of employee everyone is looking for. Whatever you are paying him make sure it is enough. My wife and I were both impressed by the great customer service!

    The young man that helped me at the Williston Vermont office I noticed on his badge said trainee. He was very kind and appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I appreciated his good customer service. I wish I remembered his name.
