I was picking up printed posters as well as using the self service printer. Steve was ripping open the bag that our pictures came in and destroyed the bag had taken it out of my hands when I tried to take over to do it in a better less destructive way. I was extremely disappointed with this attitude and service as I had never experienced someone at this store treat me this way. When we went to print our documents the printer jammed many times with no help to fix it from Steve who startled at us from the counter while we had to fix it ourselves. When he finally did come over he was no help and tried to blame us for putting card stock in there that we were not using and have no idea how it got in there. He didn’t listen to what we said and so we asked him to leave us alone due to his disrespectful manor to us. This was a very disappointing visit to say the least.

I was in and out before I knew it and I was literally amazed at the awesome service. Normally I don’t write reviews but I felt like this really deserved one
