    team member was not trained in FedEx procedures/computer applications to correctly and efficiently process a package pre-paid buy the receiver (Fed Ex account member. The wait and redo of processing was inconvenient. The team member was courteous and apologetic but had obviously not been trained or given the wrong training for processing this type of package.

    The store was exceptionally clean. It was well stocked with many box options for shipping to choose from. The bathroom was even clean! The person who helped me was professional, quick, and handled my shipping very quickly. I will never go to the US post office again!

    Brian at Crossroads FEDEX helped me with 2 very important tasks. Brian was professional and friendly while he created my identification photos in custom dimensions. Thanks to his experience, he was able to resolve an issue with the destination address in Canada that enabled me to successfully ship my documents. Brian correctly estimated the delivery time and my shipping costs. Brian's interaction with customers and fellow employees was cheerful and respectful.

    I think there might have been an issue with the way the file was setup originally and the manager (I want to say his name is Tom or Aaron) ended up doing it over so it wasn't ready when I arrived late in the day on the agreed pickup day. That was a bit frustrating but these things happen and I appreciate the manager wanting it to be right.
