Today I didn't have my package together - and actually had to 'ship' out of there. So my interaction was in more detailed than previous times. TAM was so accommodating and helpful. As he's with customers, he greeted everyone that walked in. Thanked everyone for their waits. He made the experience personalized for everyone that walked in the door.
