    The employee made it very difficult to simply ship the package. I said what I wanted and he made me repeat what I wanted several times as he simply did not understand how to ship a package of this size. I was fine with paying $250, I was not fine with an employee trying to make me feel stupid. I used to have a business account and ship weekly with you and I’ve never had this kind of experience. The employee tried to make me feel like I did not know what I was talking about or what I was doing and acted like I was having a problem with him when I said please just ship my package. He instead tried to escalate things. Tell me to calm down and talk over me. I had to repeat information for most of the items he asked for because he could not handle me giving him information just one time. I truly feel like he didn’t want to ship my package just because it was oversized. Again, I started by saying exactly what I wanted, which was too much for this employee to handle.
