    I go to the Kirkland WA store and I can’t remember the woman’s name who I find so helpful BUT I do recall her name tags says she speaks Portuguese ! I’m hoping that will help you identify her since it is a little unusual. I drive by a UPS store to get to this FedEx sore because the service and quality are so much better.

    There can sometimes be a lengthy wait before an associate is available to take a printing order. Most times someone clearly states that they will be with us when time permits.

    I had emailed to get a price quote and make sure you could do what I needed. A team member phoned me back with information and suggestions. I then sent a few versions of my file, so they could tell me which one would work best. They again reached back to me with further info. I then sent a file that would work and they replied, telling me when it would be done. When I came to pick it up, the work was done and was exactly what I wanted and looked fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, friendly, and kind. Thanks for making the process easy!

    I walked in thinking I could self service what I needed. Asked for help with different paper (again, thinking I could purchase the paper by the sheet and go print myself). Turned into a full service job. Charges weren’t clear—I ended up paying $17.50 rush fee which was not communicated up front, as well as several $7.99 design fees to make minor modifications to files. Mind you, these files were professionally designed up front. The service was good, Was just surprised and caught off guard to pay $125 for less an 40 pages, about 1/3 of which were in black & white. Was charged to cut pages after printing, which I wasn’t aware of, and I would have been happy to do the cutting myself (and again, thought I would be when walking in). Feels very overpriced and the pricing was not explained clearly or thoroughly. Printing quality was just ok—I honestly think my at home printer would have done just as good of a job and saved me a lot of money!

    Had to print large scale on plotter for business because of our office plotter was not functioning. I need them quickly to hand off to an employee and Valeria walk me through the process on completing this task. Great customer service and friendly to engage with. Awesome experience and happy to continue my work day.

    I came to ship some shoes I sold on eBay. I had the shoes in their original box but needed a box to put that in. Grace looked at the options and found the best price for me in a matter of seconds. She also packed the shoes in the box for me and gave me back the remainder of the bubble wrap I had brought (instead of using all of it). The whole interaction was positive, fast, and painless.     My visit was good. Everything went quickly and efficiently. You guys have come a long way since the pandemic, which I know we were all hit pretty hard by.
