She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed a few times. I would understand this response if I came in unfriendly, however I was very nice throughout the entire interaction despite this treatment.

He packaged my shipment up perfectly, and it arrived at its destination earlier than expected. He also found several different rates to make sure I was comfortable with what I was paying, and when I needed it there.

Then received an email that my envelope would be delayed by one day. It was delivered 30 hours later. I called customer service (there is no phone pickup at the Kirkland WA store), asked for a refund. I was told to call back in two days after an invoice was generated. I received no invoice. I called 2 days later, representative was very helpful and promised a refund to my VISA card in 10 days. Haven’t verified this yet. So only partially satisfied with delivery service so far.

I’m hoping that will help you identify her since it is a little unusual. I drive by a UPS store to get to this FedEx sore because the service and quality are so much better.

I then sent a few versions of my file, so they could tell me which one would work best. They again reached back to me with further info. I then sent a file that would work and they replied, telling me when it would be done. When I came to pick it up, the work was done and was exactly what I wanted and looked fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, friendly, and kind. Thanks for making the process easy!

Asked for help with different paper (again, thinking I could purchase the paper by the sheet and go print myself). Turned into a full service job. Charges weren’t clear—I ended up paying $17.50 rush fee which was not communicated up front, as well as several $7.99 design fees to make minor modifications to files. Mind you, these files were professionally designed up front. The service was good, Was just surprised and caught off guard to pay $125 for less an 40 pages, about 1/3 of which were in black & white. Was charged to cut pages after printing, which I wasn’t aware of, and I would have been happy to do the cutting myself (and again, thought I would be when walking in). Feels very overpriced and the pricing was not explained clearly or thoroughly. Printing quality was just ok—I honestly think my at home printer would have done just as good of a job and saved me a lot of money!
