After re-entering my account and shipping info several times unsuccessfully on the initial computer, the representative tried on another computer in the store and was able to complete my transaction. The representative said that the computer we initially used has issues getting timely updates from the Internet. It wb nice if you could fix that and make all computers in the store update equally fast from the Internet.

She said "don't worry I know what I am doing ", unfortunately she sent the packages to the wrong addresses. VERY negative experience that could have been avoided by looking inside each box....something that takes 3 seconds

Just before handing in the package I wanted to do final checks and stepped aside for a few minutes and she said I can hand it over to the other member when done as she had to step away for lunch - totally fair and clear, respectful communication. Other two members in the store were another lady and a gentleman, when I was done with the checks and ready to hand it over the lady was helping another customer so I reached out to the gentleman who was standing at another desk. I said ‘excuse me’ to ask the question if I can hand it over to him and he replied with curt ‘there is only 1 queue’. I said ‘ok’ and went to wait at the other counter where the lady was helping another customer without a word. He then walks over with an annoyed look and asks me what I want (unwelcome and rude body language and tone). I described the situation and said I just want to hand over the parcel, he then helped me with the drop off machine at the door and said I can just do this. I apologized and said ‘this is my first time doing this’ and ‘thank you’. Totally unnecessary hostile attitude and below par customer service by the gentleman. Doesn’t take anything to be nice to a soft spoken customer. Single handedly took a 5 star experience to a 1 star
