My husband said that this was one of the best customer service experiences he has ever had in America. We had come in scrambling and feeling a little rushed because we had a busy day, and Laura rolled with all of our different shipping, copying, shredding, and printing needs. She had an excellent and professional attitude at all times, and was extremely patient with us even when we realized we needed to utilize more services than we thought. We would like to go back and work with Laura again, it was great!

She made sure I was happy with the end result and explained the whole process. I will look for her next time I come to FedEx and need assistance.

Instead, I printed with FedEx and the total was just $11.11 and Augist was more than helpful. All files were combined and printed double sided which was efficient and good for the environment too. I really appreciated it.
