    Felix worked with various managers at Lumen Field fulfilling multiple orders, working with multiple changes on the spot -- and also giving advice on any designs that needed to be updated due to print quality etc. Overall, Felix went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get our Non-Profit banners printed, and ensure the final product looked great.     I was served by the assistant manager. I don’t recall his name but he was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I was mailing something to Dubai and he clearly knew details about the steps in the process — customs, likely arrival date, etc. He was very efficient.

    I love this whole office. The staff member, Youness did a fantastic job troubleshooting an issue with something I wanted to print. He was very patient, helping set up a scanning app and sending the pdf to the FedEx store. I could not have done it myself!! Thanks
