    I asked for some booklets to have the binding removed, the pages scanned to a flash drive and the booklets to be rebound. Evidently there was a miscommunication about them being rebound but when brought to their attention they immediately worked to get it done while I waited, so I was very happy!

    I went into the store when it opened and asked to have my print order done. I needed it done that day. The representative was kind and helpful. She did everything to help me. I asked if it could be done in 4 - 5 hours and she had it done in less than 1. My problem is that all of the papers that were folded were off-center. I paid for creasing and folding and a machine does the work so I was expecting them to be done correctly. I am also appalled at the rush fee for asking for it to be done that day. I was charged $35, 30% of my print order, for something that was obviously not an imposition to your business. I had the exact same order printed at UPS the day before, while I waited, and the total I paid there was less than half of what you charged. Charging the extra fee may seem like nothing to you, you're a big company and can do whatever you choose, but I will not be using your company again and neither will my family and friends. The employees when I picked up my order were nice, but I was truly blown away by the rush fee (even though I knew it would be tacked on to the order.)

    I worked with a woman named sally(very nice)who took my existing business card from FedEx and we created 2 changes and I paid to have 500 created and the changes made. They were not completed when I was told they would be. I went in to approve the changes in person , as was requested by fedex. When I returned at the appointed time for pick up, they were not printed. I was asked to return at 6pm before you closed at 7pm. I opened the business cards, and the 2 changes had not been made as I approved in your store.I was so disappointed, and had an event at 9am the next morning. A different woman was there when I picked up my cards that were wrong, she was rude, and told me if you take the cards that are wrong we won't change the cards to what you ordered. What in the world, I felt cheated and threatened by this young adult. Is that how your corporation operates? I explained to her that is not an option, I paid for your services, & expected to have what I paid for. I needed something to give out at my event the next day, and that I would take the wrong cards they made, and I paid for thrm, and you will remake what I approved. There had been no returned call from fed ex on remaking what I approved and paid for. I want a refund, I want the proper business cards made. I expect a call from fed ex management and I am extremely disappointed in the attitude of the woman who checked me out. She was so rude, I deserve an apology. She needs some training for her role as a customer service agent for your orginization.Michele G 206 2002294

    I was greeted before I reach the counter. The young man smiled and quickly help me get my overnight pkg on it's way. Unlike USPS, I enjoyed the experience! Sorry I forgot his name.

    there was never any mention of several little charges for set-up and cutting. also, there were others there who could have helped while i waited - even if it was just to give me the paper sample booklet. not very customer-service friendly and overpriced
