    Brought in some books to be spiral bound. One of them was cut too short and the pages were falling out. I asked to have it fixed. They had to copy and reprint my originals on subpar paper. The spiral binding is uneven on the pages, the paper and copy quality is poor and they did not put the pages in the correct order. It was supposed to be chapter 7-12 and it ended up being chapter 10-12, then chapter 7-9. I’ll deal with it but I’ll think three times before having my teaching materials spiral bound at FedEx.

    I would encourage management to do whatever may be necessary to ensure the store continues to remain extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled talent like Shaun. if I still had my ad agency. I would hire her as a production manager in a heart beat. If she left the store, I’m am not sure I’d use FedEx for my higher end graphic project unless there was another staff person with the same level of technical expertise and knowledge of FedEx products. Shaun is a gem. 👏🏼👍🏼

    The clerk did not follow through on signature required delivery. The package was not delivered correctly. It was left at a front for a business that was opened with people working inside and has gone missing. It was probably stolen by someone passing by. This is unacceptable and I will not be using FedEx in the future.

    I love the Silverdale FedEx store. I had purchased a FedEx USB drive to download the files from my laptop for printing on the FedEx Printers machine. However my laptop only had a USB-C. I was at lost. Because J. Lynn had asked me earlier if I needed any help on the self service machine, I approached her and said I actually do now and told her my problem. She searched something on the counter and then handed me a USB converter! I was so appreciative of that gesture and her willingness to loan it. I finished my task in under 20 minutes, when typically it would have taken an hour. The FedEx store in Silverdale is brightly lit, clean, organized and pleasant.

    On Friday, February 16, We dropped our son off to go to MN to propose to his love. The ring didn't make it. I tried tho PO but it couldn't get there until next Tuesday. The PO recommended I use FedEx. J.Lynn was able to gauranteed that it would arrive on Monday. J.Lynn packaged the ring for me. She is cheerful, helpful and enjoyable to talk with. She is an asset to FedEx. The ring made it!

    The problem was not with the particular office - it was with the delivery. My husband shipped my phone overnight for $124 so I could have it before I left the country the following day. The delivery was delayed because of heavy traffic and I had to leave the country without my phone. Fedex reps on the phone had told us contradictory info on whether the phone would be delivered in the evening prior to my departure. Now I am trying to get the money refunded and am getting a total block-out from the incredibly annoying gofedex virtual phone system. It is TERRIBLE! I wanted to speak with a human about whether or not we would be getting our money back but could not find any way to connect with an actual person without having a fedex account. Really, it was/is terrible. I submitted the refund request but there was ZERO space to include any detail about what happened. I have used Fedex shipping and office services for many years and am very upset about the customer service lapses we experienced. My husband told me that the people in the office were very helpful. He also had a terrible experience with the phone service.
