Second, according to the receipt and customer service agent, my document was supposed to be delivered on 5/2/24, the document has not been delivered. Third, when I called to follow up and escalate the agent refused to escalate the call and told me to call tomorrow, also the agent told me her system was telling her the document was on time, but based on my receipt and information I have that, the delivery date is not accurate. Based on the information provided by your staff my decision to pay nearly $100 to send the documents for timely services that I did not receive is severely disappointing.

Her pleasant demeanor and expertise provided printing options that enhanced my award program and certificates. The suggestions added a slight cost to my project, but the quality of the final product was worth every penny. Another associate that assisted was Shaun. Shaun provided timely service and assisted with securing specialty services. These representatives excelled in customer service!

- Wednesday, April 17, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0Brought in some books to be spiral bound. One of them was cut too short and the pages were falling out. I asked to have it fixed. They had to copy and reprint my originals on subpar paper. The spiral binding is uneven on the pages, the paper and copy quality is poor and they did not put the pages in the correct order. It was supposed to be chapter 7-12 and it ended up being chapter 10-12, then chapter 7-9. I’ll deal with it but I’ll think three times before having my teaching materials spiral bound at FedEx.

It's no wonder he's the store manager, the pride he takes in his work is unmatched and he's a true leader.

I would hire her as a production manager in a heart beat. If she left the store, I’m am not sure I’d use FedEx for my higher end graphic project unless there was another staff person with the same level of technical expertise and knowledge of FedEx products. Shaun is a gem. 👏🏼👍🏼
