When I get there I am greeted by name and my documents are waiting for me at the front desk. I always get service with a smile and am made to feel important. The service at that store is outstanding and I have recommended it to many of my friends and associates. KUDOS to Ida and the whole staff at FedEx Tacoma!

When I called the store, they had already been processed for the driver, but not picked up yet. Garrett engaged the store manager,Thao to see if anything could be done. Thao worked with the driver later that day to scan the package back to the store and called to let me know I could pick them up. 10/10 reccomend the Tacoma Mall team.
