    So kind and accommodating and understanding and helpful!!!!!!!! The only suggestion is to make printing less expensive. I couldn’t get as many copies of the program as I needed because it was so costly.

    The store was fine but the package still hasn’t been delivered after 5 days. Delivery was promised by 8:00 pm on 9/11 and as of 9/14 it is still at a Virginia FedEx station. Unacceptable service. Contacted customer service and they were worthless in resolving the delivery issue

    The women working not only guided me through the process and made it super convenient to do the printing with her help as I originally was thinking I’d do it myself. And originally thinking I may have to come back, she ended up doing the printing while I was there, saving the trip back. Great service and would go back there again.

    Kyle was really combative and unwilling to be a resource. As a customer, I felt like I was in the wrong even though my order was not completed appropriately. I’d love to speak with someone about the experience.

    The store visit was fine- personal was helpful. My letter was sent Priority Overnight- to arrive on 4/4/25 by 10:30am. I paid $40.61 for this service. The letter wasn’t delivered until today 4/7/25. My son missed out on a $4000 scholarship opportunity because the letter did not arrive on the 4/4/25. I spoke with someone on 4/4/25 about my situation and was told I would get a call ir an email. I haven’t received either.

    The lady behind the counter who started to help me was aggressive right off the bat. I asked a couple questions about size and paper and she was so annoyed by my question. The manager eventually took over, but the initial lady kept chiming in super aggressive. I will go to a different FedEx the next time I have printing needs. Horrible customer service

    The associate who helped me was beyond unfriendly. I would use the word combative. I asked her to place the packing slip under the box filler and she argued and almost refused to did as I asked.
