Yvonne was standing at the counter and it was immediately apparent that she didn't want to be bothered. She was very condescending when explaining what I needed to do. Once the code came up she disappeared in the back. When she came out to the printer she was extremely disrespectful and treated me as if I was stupid. Yvonne does not belong assisting the public. It us very obvious she does not like helping people.I was so upset I will never deal with Fedex again.

Elicia assisted me and showed me how to scan my QR code, print the label, and get the item packaged. She was very patient with me, and she made me feel like a valued customer (and not a burden!). I was pleased with my visit to this FedEx location.

I asked him to make sure it got to me safely. He definitely understood the assignment and went out of his way to assure me that he was all over it. The item arrived perfectly with a handwritten note saying he hope it arrived safely! The personal attention I received was fantastic. The way he handled my transaction has restored my faith in customer service. Kudos to the person who hired him! He was fantastic and did it all with a smile on his face!
