She greeted me right away as I entered the building (despite a line ahead of me) and was able to work through other guests quickly to get to me. Jeanette was very helpful on the phone, worked with me to get the large file transferred to the store, and oversaw the printing. Jeanette's high level of care gave me confidence that the job would be handled well, and my expectations were more than met by the experience. The job was printed quickly, bound, and covered and looked beautiful! Jeanette also made the checkout process easy by collecting several different orders into one package and gathering all the receipts and bills. I am more than satisfied by the experience and commend Jeanette's work. Thank you!
